Cybersecurity from founding to exit
Over the last two years, organizations have faced new challenges forcing them to quickly adapt the way they do business. Many new businesses are also bypassing those legacy operations and building their infrastructure straight in the cloud, often without a clear plan for scaling up and out- and for securing their applications and data.
Ermetic co-founder Arick Goomanovsky recently sat down with Chris Castaldo, author of Start-Up Secure: Baking Cybersecurity into Your Company from Founding to Exit, to discuss the steps required to ensure your startup is prepared to incorporate cloud security from day one and throughout its lifecycle.
You will learn:
- The importance of getting started with proper configuration
- Best practices for building out your cloud security strategy and growing your team
- What tools are available to help (e.g. CIEM, CSPM)
- What are your low-hanging cloud security fruit and how to reap the benefits
- How to prioritize risk in cloud infrastructure
- What it means for you that identity is the new perimeter
